For: SDA Architects & Designers
This project had been developed by a concept team and taken through planning. I went on to develop the detailed proposals including the design of a suitable fire strategy and DDA compliance, also ensuring that the building would comply in all other areas.
This project is especially interesting for me as several site environmental issues demanded an unconventional specification. One such issue was to acoustically insulate against the ultra low pitch noise radiation from the huge neighboring substation.
